Ingredients
Chana Sattu Flour, Oats flakes, Almonds, Cashews, Flax seeds,pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder.
Dosage
Adults- 2 scoop ( 60 g)/ day , Children- 1 scoop ( 30 g)/ day to be added to 200 ml milk / water.
How to use
- Porridge - Add 1 TBSP Protein Powderto 200 ml Milk/ Water.( Jaggery/ Dates/ 1 Fruit of choice to be added).
- Pancakes - Take 200g Protein Powder, add 1 TBSP ghee,1.5 tbsp Jaggery and add 50 ml water.Mix allingredients and make adough, then make equal sized pancakes and roast on a pan adding ghee.
